Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

RETURNS

At Little Sock Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return process within 30 days of delivery date. Here's what you need to know:

  • We gladly accept returns for items received within 30 days of delivery date back to your original payment method.
  • Your return label is generated after you contact our customer service with a return request.
  • Items must be new and have original tags attached.
  • We have a 30-day return and refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to return and request a refund back to your original payment.
  • This applies to customers domestically and internationally.
  • We do not charge a restocking fee.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at support@littlesockstore.com for assistance. Once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you to issue a refund back to your original payment method. We will ask that in your email you provide a photo of the damage, defect, or incorrect item along with your name, email address, phone number, and order number.
  • If your item was defective or you received the wrong item, you can return it back to us at no charge, and we will issue you a refund post-inspection.
  • To start a very simple return or exchange, please email us at support@littlesockstore.com for assistance. In your email, please state your name, email address, phone number, order number, and reason for wanting an exchange or return.

We strive to make the return process as easy as possible for our customers. If you have any questions or concerns about our return policy, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.

     

    PREPAID RETURN LABELS

    In the event that you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, we will provide you with a return label at no charge. However, if you are requesting a return due to buyer's remorse, which means you simply changed your mind, the responsibility of the return label will fall on the customer.

    CANCELLATIONS

    We strive to process and ship orders as soon as possible, so once an order has been received, it is immediately forwarded to our distribution center for processing and shipping.

    Kindly note that we are unable to make modifications to your order after 24 hours from the time it was placed. However, if you receive an item that does not meet your expectations, we are happy to process a return or exchange for you. Please keep in mind that for security reasons, we cannot change the shipping address once an order has been placed.

    INVENTORY

    We want to make sure you have the best shopping experience with us. All items displayed on our website are available for purchase. If an item goes out of stock, we immediately label it as out of stock, and it cannot be added to your cart.

    Our advanced inventory management system ensures that you cannot purchase an item that is currently out of stock, so you can have peace of mind that the items you order are available and ready to ship to you.

     

    RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS

    Our company reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

    • An irregular or excessive returns history
    • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity
    Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity due to the same reasons mentioned above.

    EXCHANGES

    If you are interested in exchanging any items in your order simply contact us via email at 

    support@littlesockstore.com. In your email provide which item you would like to send back and also which item from our website you would like in exchange. You may do so by simply sending us a link to the item you would like from our site. 

     

    REFUNDS

     

    We will inform you through email once we receive and inspect your return. We will provide you with a label and the next steps and timelines for a refund back to your original payment method. Please note that the refund process may take up to 3-5 business days.

    Please keep in mind that Little Stock Store is not responsible for any shipping and returns until they reach our warehouse. Please retain your proof of postage as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit.

     

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

    Our return and refund policy allows you to return items within 30 days of receiving them and request a refund, provided they are new and have their original tags attached. We will process your return within 1-5 business days of receiving your item(s). Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen return packages during transit, so we advise you to keep your proof of postage.

     

    HOW TO START A RETURN:

    If you wish to return your item(s), simply email us at support@littlesockstore.com stating the reason for the return. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

    If you want to exchange your item(s), you can do so within the 30 day return period by emailing us at the same email address.

    We will provide you with a return label if the item is incorrect, defective, or damaged. However, if you are returning the item(s) due to buyer's remorse, you will be responsible for the return label.

    Please note that all return packages are processed within 1-5 business days upon arrival to our warehouse.
